HMNEC strengthens after-sales service of our products to ensure the quality of our products. The realization of “customer first” business philosophy promotes the construction of “quality first, integrity first”.
We assign after-sales staff to direct the installation and operation of the equipment, and train operators for customer.
We specially set up the after-sales service department, which is subordinate to the sales department, responsible for the company’s product, customers’ or users’ comments collection, complaint acceptance, maintenance and other related work.
We accept service consultation, feedback and complaints from customers through the public telephone, mailbox or other means.
The opinions and complaints from the customer that are related to product quality, are sent to R&D, Designing, Production or Quality Control Department to deal with seriously.
For each call, mail or visit, depending on the complete customer record files, we are capable of responding effectively and timely to customer’s demand and providing quick and accurate solutions to customers.
One stop customization service
We will choose and recommend the suitable specifications of the equipment for customers according to each customer’s actual demands. At the same time, we freely design the process flow of the whole briquette production line for customers and provide the quotation and technical parameter of each equipment for customers. If necessary, we also go to the customer’s site to carry out field survey planning and technical exchange for the customer. And we sincerely invite customers to our company for field visits.
The full quality tracking and control system
We have always been performing the full quality tracking and control system, from the early start of every production process to the outgoing of each machine, and formatting complete supporting schemes for each customer.
We organize strict inspection for each equipment before leaving the factory (the test-run time of each machine is at least 6 hours).
We organize delivery in accordance with the contract.
